How to get to Cala Pregonda?
CALA PREGONDA can only be reached by private transport. There is no public transportation.
- By land: Arriving at Es Mercadal, take the road towards “Binimel-la”/”Pregonda”. Due to the great affluence of public when arriving to the municipality of Es Mercadal you will come across these signs. When you arrive at the parking lot of Binimel-la you must leave the car and start walking about 30 minutes along the Camí de Cavalls. We recommend that you arrive early at the parking lot (if you go in July or August) and bring protection. Walking these 30 minutes in full sun during the day is clearly a risky sport.
- By sea: There are several companies in Fornells that make excursions to Pregonda. We recommend Pachira Tours that make a 3 hour morning/afternoon excursion and stop at Cala Pregonda.

We did not find any services at this beach in the north of Menorca.
In the parking lot, about 30 minutes walk, in binimel-la, we find a restaurant where we can buy water, food and do our needs.
We will not be able to throw the garbage in the parking lot and we will have to take it to “Es Mercadal” or “Fornells”. It is a minimal effort for all that this unforgettable day at the beach can give us.
